How much does audio book production cost?
The base production is 7% of your manuscript word count. A 90,000-word novel is $6,300 before cast, atmosphere or score. Every line is shown to you in the Forge before anything is sealed.
How long will my audio book run?
The house measures 155 words of manuscript to one finished minute — 9,300 words to a finished hour, the retail audio standard. A 90,000-word novel runs roughly nine hours and forty minutes.
Who narrates it?
You cast it. The Reading Room holds the house registers to audition, and if you would rather it be your own voice, the Voice Clone lets you clone it yourself after consent and use it in your build.
Can I pay in parts?
Yes. Platinum (halves), Gold (thirds), Silver (quarters) and Bronze (sixths), each tied to the visible stages of your build.
What do I receive?
Finished, mastered audio delivered to your sealed Vault, ready for retail distribution, and owned by you in perpetuity.
