Three ways another house may stand under this shield — one earned, one licensed, one forged new for them.

The Allied Mark

No fee — earned

Publicists, publishers and agents under Pact bear the Allied House sigil at no cost, served live from this forge, for as long as the Pact stands. It is never exclusive.

$1,200 a year

A house outside the Alliance may bear the mark on its own goods or storefront for one year: written terms, a stated territory of use, the artwork supplied by this house, and the right to say plainly that Drakenscroll stands behind the work.

The house designs your mark instead — a crest, a wordmark and a moving sigil for your own imprint, built in the same hand as this one. You own it outright.

The law of the mark

  • ✦The mark is never stretched, recoloured, rotated or set on a light field. Gold on black, or gold on the film.
  • ✦No bearer may claim exclusivity, territory beyond the licence, or any standing this house has not granted in writing.
  • ✦The mark may not be used to endorse a work this house did not build.
  • ✦A licence ends when it expires or when the mark is misused — and the goods stop, not the argument.

Strength and Solidarity LLC holds the dragon shield. Every licence is non-exclusive, and always will be.
