Drakenscroll does not sell an unwatched house. Every Charter is a tier plus a Watch — the only thing you choose is which keeper.

The terms

  • The Watch runs 12 months from the day your house stands — not from the day you seal.
  • Pay it in twelve monthly draws, or lay the year at once for ten months’ fee.
  • After the twelfth month it renews month to month, and may be raised, lowered or ended on one month’s word.
  • Your house is yours. Should you end the Watch, the site and its keys remain yours — we simply stop keeping it.
